Dear Clients,

During these difficult and critical times, we consider your safety, and the safety of your pet, our first priority. We carefully follow State and government guidelines. Following OSHA compliance, as of Friday, September 11, 2020, we will return to providing curb-side pick-up for appointments. No clients will be permitted inside our clinic, unless for exceptions pertaining to special cases or saying a final goodbye to your beloved pet.

We understand this can be stressful for all concerned, including your pets and our staff. Please allow us your patience as we safely navigate through these guidelines and difficult times, while working together with you to provide and maintain a safe environment.

It is our heartfelt hope that you, your pets, your family, and your friends are safe from the devastating fires and smoke that are endangering our communities. Our hearts go out to those who have lost so much and to the Fire and Police Departments that are working so hard to fight these deadly fires.

DEAR CLIENTS:

As we prepare to have clients entering back into the clinic starting June 8, 2020, there are a few things we need to tell you:

FACE MASKS ARE MANDATORY

ALL clients MUST wear an appropriate face covering. If you choose to not wear a face mask, you are also choosing to not come into the clinic.

APPOINTMENT TIMES

Due to social distancing requirements and new cleaning protocols, all appointments are now scheduled for one hour. This means that the price of an office call is going up to cover the extra cleaning supplies, extra staff and extended appointment time.

MOVING QUICKLY ENTERING AND EXITING EXAM ROOMS

All patients can have 1 person accompany them into the clinic. Please call when you arrive and you will be met in the parking lot and escorted into the clinic and out.

Each room has a sink, and we want you to wash your hands before leaving. There is soap and paper towels in each room. You may be asked to leave by different doors during this time as well. We are trying to keep you separate from other clients.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You will be charged-out in the exam rooms. At no time, and under no circumstances, are any clients allowed to wait in the lobby. 

TECHNICIAN APPOINTMENTS, MEDICATION/FOOD PICK-UPS, SURGERY DROP OFFS

All technician appointments, medication/food pick-ups and surgery drop offs are to remain curbside. There is no possible way to maintain social distancing and have clients in the lobby. Surgery pick-ups are scheduled and may be at the door to the clinic in the potty area (weather permitting) or by phone and curbside pick-up.

VULNERABLE POPULATIONS

If you are sick or someone in your house or place of work is sick PLEASE reschedule any appointments. As contact tracing protocols go into effect, if we have an infected individual in the clinic it is highly probable that we will be forced to close and quarantine. This means that none of our clients can be seen and the staff will be sitting at home not getting paid as they would be ineligible for unemployment during a forced quarantine. If you have an emergency, please let us know as we do have limited ability to see animals from infected household but need to be in appropriate PPE in order to see and treat your animal.
